Consumer Dispute Resolution

We are not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG). The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 following the repeal of Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 by Regulation (EU) 2024/3228. EU consumers may contact the consumer protection authority in their country of residence.
